David serves as Principal Broker of FortMark, bringing a leadership philosophy shaped by discipline, entrepreneurship, and a deep understanding of how structure influences outcomes. His approach to real estate is rooted in the belief that systems — not noise — determine success. He values long-term positioning over short-term wins, clarity over urgency, and disciplined execution over reactive decision-making. Those principles define both his leadership and the way the brokerage operates in the market.

 

With a background spanning real estate and residential finance, David understands transactions from both the advisory and capital sides. He recognizes that successful deals are not driven by salesmanship alone, but by alignment — pricing strategy, market timing, financing realities, asset presentation, and buyer psychology working together as a coordinated system. This integrated perspective allows FortMark to operate with composure and precision in an industry often driven by volume and momentum rather than strategy.

 

Central to David’s vision is the modernization of how real estate professionals present themselves. He believes the next generation of realtors will win not by chasing visibility, but by demonstrating competence before the first conversation. Education, transparency, and intelligent positioning replace hype and transaction-chasing. Daniel Hidalgo is the founder of FORTMARK, a modern real estate firm built on discipline, structure, and strategic execution. His foundation in corporate real estate shaped the way he approaches every transaction — methodical, analytical, and aligned with long-term financial outcomes. Managing complex agreements and high-value negotiations instilled a belief that now defines FORTMARK: real estate decisions should be intentional, calculated, and supported by evidence.

Prior to building FORTMARK, Daniel spent seven years with the Miami Association of Realtors, where he developed a deep understanding of industry policy, compliance standards, education frameworks, and market structure. That experience provided insight beyond transactions themselves it revealed how the system operates, how regulation shapes opportunity, and how informed professionals create competitive advantage. It also reinforced his conviction that real estate must be grounded in education and clarity rather than assumption.

Daniel holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate and brings a global, analytical perspective to every client engagement. His philosophy is direct: real estate should not rely on guesswork. At FORTMARK, education, technology, and fact-based pricing are not marketing concepts — they are operating principles. Artificial intelligence and market analytics are integrated into decision-making to deliver precision, efficiency, and measurable outcomes for buyers, sellers, and investors.
