Daniel Hidalgo is the founder of FORTMARK, a modern real estate firm built on discipline, structure, and strategic execution. Managing complex agreements and high-value negotiations instilled a belief that now defines FORTMARK: real estate decisions should be intentional, calculated, and supported by evidence.
Prior to building FORTMARK, Daniel spent seven years with the Miami Association of Realtors, where he developed a deep understanding of industry policy, compliance standards, education frameworks, and market structure. That experience provided insight beyond transactions themselves it revealed how the system operates, how regulation shapes opportunity, and how informed professionals create competitive advantage. It also reinforced his conviction that real estate must be grounded in education and clarity rather than assumption.
Daniel holds a Master of Science in International Real Estate and brings a global, analytical perspective to every client engagement.
